What a great series! I was really looking for something to satisfy my Game of Thrones and Sarah J Maas love when I stumbled on these books. All of them are great. The first book starts off a bit slow and the relationships progress a bit fast but hang on! The books get better and better. The ending had me in tears! That hasn’t happened in years. So emotional because you know the characters so well by the end. Really, really well written. Well worth the commitment. Bring on more books! :) Great plot and characters, with a totally unforeseen Deus ex Machina at the end, but the god is the bad guy. And despite the foreshadowing, the key heroine was a bit of a surprise. I really like the way Rayne writes. The two month wait for the fourth and final book seemed interminable. Highest recommendation.
